30 minutes from Bordeaux , Château Siran is the oldest family property in the Margaux appellation belonging to the same family for more than 150 years. It was in the 19th century that the castle became the property of the Miailh e family , when the estate was bought from the Count and Countess of Toulouse-Lautrec , the grandparents of the famous painter ! Château Siran is 35 hectares: 25 ha in the Margaux appellation, 2 ha in Haut Médoc and 8 hours in Bordeaux Supérieur.
We welcome you to the property to help you discover our philosophy & our wines. You will thus be able to understand the precision work necessary to produce the elegant wines of Château Siran. Enter our old wooden vat room, then visit our “Collections Cellar” which presents a unique collection of more than 300 wine-related objects. Then set off to discover our anti-atomic bunker which houses the old vintages of Château Siran . The latter can be discovered through a prestige visit or through an escape game !
