  We were very warmly welcomed outside "standard" hours and were able to leave our luggage. The hotel is ideally located, very close to a tram stop with a direct line to the airport. We were able to do everything on foot which was very nice. We also took advantage of the breakfast which is also the mama shelter signature for us. A big thank you to the team for your human warmth.

  A big disappointment A big regular and fan of the MS channel, this is by far my worst experience. At this price level (almost €400 for 2 nights with breakfast), we have the right to expect much better. The hotel is in a great location, the reception is efficient and pleasant, the room (large) is spacious but would benefit from being a little more decorated, it feels empty, which is a bit of a shame. A little noise in the street in the morning but hey, that’s life :) For the bathroom, there was only linen for one person (problem resolved by reception with a phone call) and a poor little round soap for two in the shower... disappointing and really not of the standard of a hotel of this price. Then the biggest problem comes from the restaurant. First morning: +20 minutes of waiting for a hot chocolate that we had to ask several times from different people. Coffee machine broken so nothing other than a termos coffee available. The next day: first 10 minutes at the bar to wait for 2 fried eggs. Finally it takes a while, I am asked to go and settle down and they will bring them to me... except that they never come. So I return to the counter 10 minutes later, and find the two employees joking together, before they realize my order was forgotten. They start it again in the kitchen “it will be ready in 3 minutes”… except that they arrive once again too late and I no longer have the time or the desire to eat them. When you pay €40 per day for breakfast, you have the right to expect an efficient and diligent service and that was not the case for the entire stay. Too bad I will probably go elsewhere on my next stay.
