Musée National de l'Assurance Maladie Discover the history of social protection in Lormont

The National Health Insurance Museum located in Lormont is today the only place in France for the conservation and transmission of the history of social protection, offering a real journey to the heart of solidarity.

For young people, tomorrow's social security beneficiaries, the Museum raises awareness of the values, advantages and challenges of social protection. For the general public, it contributes to the duty of remembering the great social conquests and sheds light on today's challenges.

The Museum is pleased to welcome you:

• Free visit by reservation: Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• Guided tour by reservation : Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed on Wednesdays, weekends and public holidays (8 to 30 people max).
