Slip into the shoes of a chef in the kitchen of Château Ambe Tour Pourret in Saint-Emilion.
Do you want to experience a culinary adventure alongside wine tasting? Opt for a cooking class at the château during your next visit to Saint-Emilion.
In our professional kitchen, let our chef guide you through preparing your complete meal (starter, main course, and dessert) and enjoy your creations in the château's dining room, paired with wines from the Lannoye family.The workshop is offered for groups of 2 to 18 people and takes place year-round for lunch from 10 AM to 2 PM, or for dinner from 5 PM to 9 PM. For groups of 4 or more, we can accommodate you seven days a week, regardless of the château's shop opening days.
THE COOKING CLASS INCLUDES:
• Welcome at the château and presentation of the family's properties
• Cooking class followed by the meal (starter, main course, dessert)
• A glass of Bordeaux Crémant during the class and two glasses of red wine during the meal, including the Grand Cru Saint Emilion organic Château Ambe Tour Pourret
• Water, coffee, and a Saint-Emilion macaron
• The recipes in PDF format sent after the class
• Visit to the barrel cellar and explanations about winemakingPricing varies based on the number of participants, ranging from €320 to €157 per person.

We also offer accompanying guest packages for those who wish to have the meal with the group without participating in the cooking class. Meal and visit package (€70 per person) or sensory wine tasting with 7 wines and a wine aroma workshop + meal (€120 per person).
