  Great driving range to practice golf equiped with ball tracking tecnology. There’s also putting and approach areas.

  I am really disappointed with our recent experience at Golf Academy. We have been regular customers for over a year, and until now, everything has always gone well. But today we were confronted with an attitude that left us stunned. We simply asked if the mats were available, and instead of a cordial response, we were reprimanded because we hadn't gone through reception, even though it's a habit we've had since the beginning, always greeting the staff as you pass. The most disturbing thing was hearing a manager talking about other customers in a very unpleasant way, right in front of us. Ella said something like “Who’s that on mat 3?” ”, in a contemptuous tone. It was embarrassing and frankly very disrespectful. In addition, we were forced to pay for a second card for the buckets, even though we have always shared only one card. It really felt like it was just to make things more complicated for customers, for no real reason. If this incident had not occurred, we would have given it 5 stars without hesitation. But here, we put 1 star to draw attention to these problems. I really hope you take this into consideration and review the management, because this attitude tarnishes the experience at your club.

  Disastrous welcome and scandalous manager in his way of discussing with a customer poorly informed by his staff. Bordering on verbal aggression. Too bad because the concept is nice.
