LA GUINGUETTE
The idea for La Guinguette du Tuquet was born from the meeting of a popular DJ with a great project, a restaurateur whose establishments are always busy, and a couple of winegrowers who love good food!
In the clos fermier, Château le Tuquet's magical setting, the former kitchen garden is transformed into a boulodrome, the garden of the lovely pigsty into a bar, and the barn into a dining room. The umbrella pines and the nomad tent shelter the barrels on which you can lean back to enjoy a drink while listening to the regular concerts or watching the matches on the big screen on the evenings of sporting competitions.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg, because Damien Hiribarne, aka DJ Fash, has plenty of other ideas to entertain you in masterly fashion.
You can already see yourself there, can't you?
But you don't know everything yet: the cuisine of Le Cochon Volant owner Eric Banquier and the charcuterie of Pierre Oteiza will be all the more appreciated as they will be accompanied by the full range of Domaines de la Parrhesia wines.
