    • Noisettines du Médoc is a family business and artisan manufacturer of confectionery, tea and spirits.

All products are entirely hand-made, weighed, sorted, hand-closed and all-natural without dyes or preservatives. Gluten-free, lactose-freeThe company is made up of 5 people throughout the year, including the couple Noyez, it is a true family and craft structure.

It is located in a village of 250 inhabitants in the heart of the Medoc about 1 hour from Bordeaux.

      The Noisettines :

Created in the family kitchen in 1980, they are the flagship product of the company. Michel Noyez made them for the family on Sunday, who suggested that they be marketed.

Michel and Édith, then made the night to deliver the bakers and confectioners the day.

But by surprise and word of mouth, a first bus and a second succeeded each other in the small kitchen to reach 40,000 visitors per year in 2019. Thus the fame of the product exceeded the lands of the Medoc.

Noisettines are hazelnuts of extra quality that are dipped in a homemade syrup, whose recipe is kept secret. These hazelnuts will waltz in copper cauldrons for several tens of minutes to confit slowly then caramelize with this taste so typical of noisettine.

They are manufactured at a height of 2kg per batch of 30-40 minutes.
