I offered a wine tasting to my partner and his friend, and they were absolutely delighted by this experience! The day was a real pleasure, thanks to Catherine's friendliness. It was a very complete circuit for learning tasting. She shared her passion with teaching and good humor, making this day as enriching as it was entertaining. She was extremely available and attentive to organize the circuit. A big thank you for this unforgettable moment!

From the first telephone contacts with Catherine, the connection immediately passed. The passion for wine and its history are perfectly conveyed. We benefited from a tailor-made visit with a diversity of classified grand cru châteaux and gems with less than 2ha (Clos de Bigos) of production. From morning to evening, it was nothing but pleasure, sharing, learning and discovery. A big thank you to Catherine for this unforgettable experience. And a mention for the excellent picnic. On top of that, we spent the day with a smile on our faces. If we had to sum up this perfect day around wine it would be fun, discovery, history, technique, nature and tasting. My son and I are perfectly satisfied with this stay, both in terms of the choice of accommodation and the organization of the visits. We discovered this beautiful history of Sauternes through traditional or biodynamic production. Exciting ! Finally, thank you for organizing this original and tasty picnic. A BIG THANK YOU
