Epicureans, wine lovers or curious gourmets, open the door of the Ayamé wine cellar and let yourself be carried away. Bottles of red, white and rosé welcome you, beautifully presented by Iryna and Aimeric, who make a meticulous selection. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm, the Ayamé cellar is a wine cellar not to be missed, located Chemin du Calvaire in Camblanes-et-Meynac, just 15 minutes from Bordeaux in the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

Ayamé is an opportunity to share a good time with friends or family, during a tasting workshop offered on reservation. Twenty or so formulas are available to help you discover wines, regions and grape varieties, as well as Burgundy climats and exceptional wines. Refined appetizers accompany the tasting, in partnership with L'Atelier de Mme Poisson, Ayamé's neighbor, which produces delicious smoked fish. Available for 2 to 8 people, tasting workshops start at €50 (all inclusive), plus €15 participation fee per person. Looking for a special moment? You'll quickly be won over by the warm and friendly welcome of Iryna and Aimeric, wine enthusiasts who will introduce you to their favorites and their favorite estates. From exceptional wines to rare grands vins and cuvées from small producers, each estate has been visited and tasted to offer you a refined selection. Piedmont wines, old vintages of Bordeaux Crus Classés, grand cru champagnes, small producers or grand Romanée Conti, there's something for every taste and budget. Burgundy is also represented at Ayamé, with around 30 estates and 20 vintages from Maconnais, Chablis and Romanée Conti. Take your time to discover the wine nuggets on offer at Ayamé, including a fine selection of cognac that will delight your palate.
