Château de Saint-Pey Visit the Vineyards / Oenotourism in Saint-Pey-d'Armens

An exceptional estate at the gateway to Saint-Émilion : 

Located in the commune of Saint Pey d'Armens, Château de Saint-Pey covers 25 hectares. 

Part of the Saint-Émilion jurisdiction since 1744, the estate now boasts the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation.

Facing north-south, the estate opens out onto a large 2-hectare park, giving a glimpse of the first vineyard plots and offering an exceptional visual quality of its wine heritage.

The vineyard

The vineyard is made up of different types of soil: limestone and clay-limestone, sandy on the surface and then silty, reflecting the complexity of the Saint-Émilion terroir. 

The vines, which are on average 40 years old, produce varietal wines made from 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
