  🐔 To the entire Poulailler d’Augustin team 🐔 Loyal customer, I would like to congratulate you on the exceptional quality of your work. Everything is delicious, perfectly presented, and each dish is tempting from the first glance. Your window display, always neat and attractive, perfectly reflects the attention you pay to your products. The window is beautiful but here we don't just present it well: we are served with attention and generosity. The value for money is entirely justified, and the welcome is always warm. Each member of your team is smiling, polite, and gives good advice, which makes each visit even more pleasant. The employees are courageous and keen to do well, and this is felt in every detail. Here we do not hesitate to explain to customers the origin of the products and the way in which the poultry is raised, which is a real plus and demonstrates great transparency. Employees are hard at work preparing homemade dishes such as gratins, stuffings, vegetables and pies, with expertise that is evident in every bite. But beyond a simple caterer, you are true artisans of taste!! From chicken sausage, duck breast to perfectly cooked vegetables, to sweets like crème brûlée, chocolate mousse or even lost (but found 😉) brioche; everything recalls the know-how of yesteryear with exceptional mastery, which has become rare these days. Special mention for the quails, which are excellent, and your chicken with its many flavors, whose quality is simply exceptional. The products offered follow the seasonality, which clearly proves their locality and highlights French know-how. It's nice to find such high standards and such passion in a local business. I don't know of any caterer like yours, as good, with products of this quality, as much taste and real authentic traditional cuisine in the dishes prepared. Small downside: we could eat there every day 🙃 I come here once or twice a week, and it’s a real pleasure to walk through your door each time. For me, you are the best catering address in Bordeaux, way above the others. And what's more, with a store open 7 days a week, always with a smile and taking care of your customers. If you didn't exist, you'd have to invent yourself, that's for sure! Don't change anything and keep it up! Congratulations to the entire team for your professionalism and daily commitment. 5/5 well deserved!
