Since 2019, the Café de l'Horloge has been managed by two passionate brothers, who have chosen to preserve the name and historical character of the establishment. Paul, one of the two managers, explains: “The café has its history, I was not going to question it and change the name. It's a neighborhood bistro, almost all of our clientele are regulars.
