We had dinner with friends at the hotel restaurant. The meal went well. We opted for main course + dessert. For me, a very well presented and very tasty guinea fowl supreme. I was impatiently awaiting the arrival of dessert --> Chocolate and citrus fruits. For dessert I didn't understand the concept. €12 for a large plate on which are placed 3 small pieces of chocolate with 4 piping bag touches of citrus cream - mainly lemon with 2 tangerine wedges. Incomprehensible. I even had the impression that something was missing from the plate. We end with a bad impression. For the rest, nice place. Service which could be a bit better if all the dishes arrived at the same time.

Nice Domaine, good accomodations, beautiful experience. But the Location is not good, to far from cap-ferret. Especially in August there is lots of traffic so there are trafficjams during the hole...
