Surfing and yoga classes

At La Pantoufle, the approach to surfing goes beyond simple practice. By combining yoga with surfing, Margaux offers you a complete experience where body and mind come together in perfect harmony. Before each surf session, yoga training allows you to prepare yourself physically and mentally, under the mantra "Surf is Yoga". This holistic approach helps you develop your balance, strength and flexibility, essential to progressing in your surfing practice.

Courses and stays throughout the year

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced surfer, La Pantoufle welcomes you all year round for lessons adapted to your level. The sessions take place from March to November on the Presqu'île, offering ideal conditions for learning and improving. Outside of the summer season, Enzo and Margaux also offer surfing and yoga stays in Europe, where you can discover new spots and experience unforgettable moments in harmony with nature and the ocean.
