  How can we not consider this chain as the leader in cannelé in Europe? In fact, its ordinary sized cannelés which will be described as the largest are half the price compared to competing chains or local bakers and pastry chefs, or even often an even better value since the big increase in the price of electricity as Most cannelé ovens are electric in functionality. Some may prefer more cooked cannelés but everyone will have to agree that the dosage of rum and vanilla is perfect here without diminishing the creamy texture due to the qualities of the dough and the cooking. On the other hand, I am afraid that in our ultra-competitive world, this channel will absorb all the others, even if we can reconsider our decision to have a little pleasure from time to time to simply boycott imperialism or pay 2.5 times more expensive from a small local artisan for a less good cannelé and which risks making us sick if it remains on the shelf for several weeks. All in all, what do we need? The luxury that only the best exists in uniformity or that of a just world where everyone has the right to live and produce?
