OUR HISTORY

WHO ARE WE ?

It all begins in 2021, in the small kitchen of a village by the sea. Pepite makes and bakes homemade cookies, from recipes studied as a family for the pleasure of even the most gourmands!

Today, production is managed by passionate pastry chefs and the concept is simple:

Pepite responds to a growing consumption of homemade cookies in France.

The market is currently facing a return to its roots through which craftsmanship, the authenticity of recipes, the choice of raw materials and the sincere enthusiasm of the pastry chefs who produce it are expressed.

Our customers express the desire to identify with a strong and comforting DNA, animated by genuine bursts of laughter and real moments of happiness. Pepite refers to these spontaneous and warm moments, which we share with everyone.

We quickly understood the persuasive force produced by a brand DNA that we recognize. Pepite tells the story of a delicious life, marked by the colors of our childhood memories. An evocation that we hope is refreshing, sunny, naive and poetic.

Our recipes are all signed Pepite, studied in-house and validated by the family.

• Our production is 100% artisanal, made by experienced pastry chefs, from our laboratory located between Bordeaux and Cap Ferret

• Pepite develops unique know-how with more than 15 ingredients per cookie and ice cream recipe
• Our raw materials are of high quality, 74% sourced in France and 36% in Europe.

• Our chocolates come from Cacao Barry and Weiss.
• The secret lies in cooking allowing a crispy texture on the outside and soft, melting, almost raw inside.
• Our cookies are baked throughout the day to maintain this unique texture for all our customers
