Since 1949, the Paludetto family has been firmly rooted in the world of wine, cultivating their passion from generation to generation. As the third generation of winemakers, Nicolas proudly carries the family torch, honouring tradition while embracing innovation. Located in the prestigious Puisseguin Saint-Émilion appellation, their estate is a jewel in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region.

Château Cassat: Hospitality and Authenticity

The estate's doors are open to wine lovers and the curious who want to discover the very essence of their work. Nicolas welcomes visitors with warmth and generosity, offering guided tours through the vineyard, cellar and winery. 

Tasting is an experience in itself, with each glass telling the story of the terroir, the climate and the hard work of the winemakers. Groups are welcome, but a simple reservation is all that's needed to ensure that the welcome will live up to expectations.

Château Cassat: Commitment to Quality and Sustainability

Château Cassat is proud to be an HVE 3 (High Environmental Value level 3) certified Independent Winegrower, demonstrating their commitment to environmentally-friendly viticultural practices. On their six hectares of vineyards, Merlot reigns supreme, carefully cultivated to preserve its fruity character and its most authentic expression. Concrete vats are the perfect choice for vinification, allowing the wine to develop while preserving its fresh, fruity flavour.

It is possible to stay on site thanks to their Gîte which can accommodate 6 people.
