Store the cannelés from La Toque Cuivrée

La Toque Cuivrée canelés can be kept for up to three days in a cool place. However, after being refrigerated, they may lose their characteristic crispness. To restore their crispness, simply reheat them in the oven at 220°C for around three minutes before tasting. These delicious Bordeaux canelés are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee, for an authentic and gourmet tasting experience.
